You also want to make sure you have a donation button or a giving section for the ministry. Tithe.ly is a good website hosting platform for churches and ministries.
Create social media pages if you don't already have them. Create a facebook page and instagram account. Other social medias aren't necessary unless you choose to create other accounts on different platforms.

EIN and bank account - refer to the "Trust" sermon series as the best option for this. Alternatively, you could also get an EIN for a church and use that for the bank account setup.
